The Commonwealth of Virginia is particularly innovative in the area of enotarization, as we are currently the only State that allows eNotarizations via Secured Signing. As a result, you can be anywhere in the world at the time of your appearance before the Notary via Secured Signing.

ENOTARIZATION: $25 Per Electronic Seal (U.S. Only) Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Time Only (Other charges may apply including after-hours appointments, the scanning of documents, mailing, split signings, extended and/or multiple sessions, translation services, document enotarization packages, and special services requests)

How it works
– After booking your appointment you will receive an initial confirmation.
– Once we confirm with a notary, you will receive a second email confirming the time & location as well as your notary’s contact information.

NOTARY SERVICES:
$5 Per Seal (Please Note: Travel costs apply based on mileage, and additional charges may apply.)
TRAVEL AND MILEAGE FEES:
* Mileage is based on a round trip. The rates below are for mobile notary services. Call or see Additional Services Fees below.
* 00-10 Miles $70.00 Travel Fee
* 11-20 Miles $100.00 Travel Fee
* 21-40 Miles $130.00 Travel Fee
For more than 40 miles please call or email for a travel rate/fee. Please remember to include all requested information on the form for an accurate rate.
Other toll fees may apply as required for travel.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEES:
* Loan Document Package: $175.00 – $225.00 For Mileage up to 25 miles each way. We will travel additional miles for additional cost.
(up to 120 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyers copies, client pays shipping.) Packages larger than 120 pages are an additional $25.00.
* Preliminary Documents: $175.00
(up to 30 miles round trip and up to 100 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyers copies, client pays shipping.)

*These fees are additional to the standard and travel fees and are for mobile notary services only.
Signing Agent
We are NNA trained to handle loan documents as well as background checks. We will print the documents and travel to the signer to notarize their signature and then return those loan documents for processing. We will follow any additional instructions from the lender, title company, or signing service that hires for the loan closing. We will keep your client’s personally identifiable information private and safe.
